hahahahahahahaha our beloved polka dots were voted the most hideous uniform in singapore, garnering a good 30% of the votes.
but......check out the extract:
St Margaret's students, on the other hand, are fond of their uniform. A survey by the school in April showed that "84.7% of the students want to keep the uniform exactly as it is", said Mrs Lucy Seet, the head of English(since when did she become the head of english?!). A Sec 2 student, Rachel Lim, 14, maintains: "The uniform is unique and stands out. It is a trendy(HAHA) and easy-to-wear, one-piece outfit. When I see my schoolmates in the uniform, I feel a strong sense of school identity even when we are out of school."
WAY TO GO!!! nothing unites the school more than our cute little polkadots. polkadots = st margs = yippee!! we can recognise our fellow ugly-flecks-of-white-and-green-s from a mile away. HAH i bet you temasek sec(coolest uniform) people can't, because you're prancing around in boring white-blue ensembles, looking like you come from a thousand other schools. so score one for unity behind hideousness, and score two for noticeability. *blows raspberry* oh and score three for the dots being oddly hypnotic because after awhile you realise that you're quite fond of the dots.
haha and look at what they said in the stomp forum:
i don't think the St Marg's uniform is that bad lah, polka dots and dresses are both in now, so i would say they are actually the coolest hehe!and
The st margret's one quite nice.. (oh my god you idiot it's MARGARET'S)
so......pffft.
